Recently Brian Swale, a local identity and photographer, lost all of his belongings.  A disastrous fire destroyed his home in Clyde complete with its contents; a lifetime collection of photographic gear and images, noteworthy and precious items, including things dear to him and his wife.  Unfortunately they also lost their wee dog in the fire.

OCTA Gallery, in conjunction with many other members of the local arts community, will be holding an auction to raise funds to support Brian as a fellow artist.

The proceeds will be donated to Brian and we hope to gather enough support from artists in our area to make this a success.  Please give us a hand to help Brian remain focussed on his photography and the other things that are important to him.

The auction will be held on Friday November 20th at 6:30pm.
