We are delighted to offer Spring into Summer Yoga & Health Day.
Adjusting to changes over Spring means shifting the stagnant residues left over from winter, spring cleaning the diet, welcoming change, becoming physically energised.
We focus on movement breathing sharing nutrition conscious living health & well being
Be guided by experienced practitioners of living yoga
This workshop is suitable for every body
