An exhibition by Contemporary Artist Andrew Price goes on display in the Up & Coming art space in the museum.
'I Buy Therefore I Am' – is an exhibition of photographs and sculpture that looks at consumerism in a global economy Stunning photographs show the work of WasteBusters in Alexandra and high-lights the urgent need for governments, multi-national businesses and individuals to change their mind-sets.
Central Stories Museum tells the social, cultural and economic stories of the people, places and events of our rich local heritage. There is also an Art Gallery with regularly changing exhibitions.
Includes local history research facilities - photographs and archives.
