We are having an art auction on the opening of the Queens Birthday Weekend art sale.
ART UNDER THE HAMMER - 200x200 canvases - approximately 60 artworks from local artists and personalities will be auctioned by Peter Hishon on Friday 1st June at 6.30pm. All proceeds are going to our Community House in Alexandra.
It is in conjunction with COAS Art sale Queen’s Birthday Weekend.
All welcome.
The Community House build is now underway and user groups have been fundraising to help raise total money required. This building will house REAP, Social Services and the Arts. A fund raising event will be held in conjunction with the Opening of this Exhibition. Art society members, local identities / personalities will contribute to the success of this by creating a small canvas they have painted for the auction.
