Spotlight on Design - Marnie Kelly

Marnie Kelly is passionate about knitting, but she is no ordinary needle-clacking grandmother. She is the motivated, visionary creator of Touch Yarns, a successful niche market business highly regarded in New Zealand and overseas for its supreme quality soft yarns and exciting colours.
Marnie produces beautiful handknitting and weaving yarns and her company, Touch Yarns produces the softest fine kid mohair, merino, possum and alpaca yarns in a wide range of beautiful colours. On display for the spotlight on Design are a range of hand dyed yarns and fibres, garments and Marnies historical reference to the traditional colour wheel.
