Glass artists Ola Höglund and Marie Simberg-Höglund have moved to Central Otago! Their beautiful glass gallery will be open to the public from the 1st of December.
They combine the craftsmanship of their Swedish heritage with Pacific flair to make stunning glass artwork that has earned praise worldwide. Their unique design and use of colours has a balance between boldness and sophistication and the skilful use of rare glass techniques such as Graal, Incalmo, Sommerso, Engraving, Fusing and Painting, has lead to their art glass being exhibited in New Zealand, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, USA, Hong Kong, Singapore, Dubai, Thailand, Indonesia, Taiwan, China, India and Japan.
