Register now for a two day watercolour workshop with Susie Ruddenklau.

Susie will supply the subject to be painted, and take participants, step by step, through the painting, demonstrating and explaining techniques along the way.

A painting will be completed each day.

Susie will supply: boards, tape, some brushes, some paints, hair dryers and texture makers. If you have your own watercolour paper please bring it along. Susie will supply Fabriano Rough Watercolour Paper which is suited to the techniques being taught. There is an extra cost for this $5 per ¼ sheet / $10 per ½ sheet.

Below is a list of requirements students should bring, but COAS will supply basic paints required for those who don’t have their own paints.

The following is a basic range Susie will use: Ultra marine, cerulean blue, indigo, raw sienna, burnt sienna, burnt umber, rose madder or rose dior, alizarin, light yellow gamboge.

Bring your own paints if you have them (not Reeves). If you wish to purchase your own Windsor & Newton COTMAN range is best.

Students should bring:

*Watercolour paint & brushes (some on hand).

*White plate or pallet.

*5b or 6b pencils /eraser (some on hand).

*Sketch book or paper Handee towels.

*Money for paper.

Cost is $150 for members and $180 for non members.
